The transfer should not be less than AED 1000.
We buy and sell metal only in UAE Dirham(AED), the local currency of the United Arab Emirates.
We accept payment only if the name on the card and your profile in the member account match. We also process your order only if your order is made in your name, which is reflected on your invoice.
If you have made the purchase via our online portal, cash is not accepted. However you can visit our office in Dubai to get acquainted with the range of the metal for sale, as well as jewellery collection and pay cash for any spot purchases.
Simply add the item to your cart you would like to purchse and proceed to checkout to finalise the order.
The 3% surcharge is due to the priority handling of your order. This allows for your payment to arrive instantly as opposed to wire transfers taking upto 2-3 days to reach us. This allows us to approve your orders instantly and thus prevent any price fluctuations.
We accept the following payment methods: Wire transfer, credit card (VISA and MasterCard), VK Kohinoor Pay, Bank Transfer
For each order, you can choose between following payment methods: Wire transfer, Credit card (Visa & Master), Bank Transfer or VK Kohinoor pay. Please, note that once your order is placed, your payment method cannot be changed anymore.
Your order won't be validated if VK Kohinoor hasn't received the full amount. All banking or commissions fees, as well as currencies rate, are borne by the Customer.
Once the sale is completed, you will receive the money in your VK Kohinoor Pay account. You will then be able to make a withdrawal to your bank account. We will proceed with the transfer within the next 72 hours.
