For secuirity reasons, Our deliveries require a recepient's signature, therefore we cannot ship to a P.O Box. If you enter a P.O Box address, we will not be able to proceed with your delivery. For countries with home deliveries, please always provide a delivery address where you can be available for signature. For other countries, we only use FEDEX Access Point™.

A tracking number is provided whenever an item is purchased.

After Delivery, no return or exchange will be accepted unless expressly accepted in writing by VK KOHINOOR GROUP DMCC. If VK KOHINOOR GROUP DMCC agrees to do so, such exchange must be made within seven (7) working Days from the date the customer receives confirmation that the return is accepted. After this date, any return not accepted by VK Kohinoor Group DMCC will be considered as refused by VK Kohinoor Group DMCC. The return must be made using the original packaging, against signature. The customer is responsible for the risk of loss during the return shipment and for all the costs related to the return. Access Points are selected and updated directly by FedEx. The list of available Access Points can therefore vary from time to time. We only show the list of available Access Points as provided to us by FedEx.

Access Points are secure locations selected directly by FedEx. You will be required to bring your ID to pick-up your deliveries. Our deliveries are also insured and come in a discreet packaging for secuirity purpose.

As soon as you have placed your order, this price will be secured and can no longer change. You will then receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

The price difference between two products of the same weight comes from their premium level. The premium is the part of the price covering our costs and margin. It varies depending on the product's specifics, craftmanship, and its associated costs (production, handling, warehousing etc). Therefore a cast bar and a minted bar of the same weight will have a price difference.

No. There is no minimum or maximum amount . You can sell us back all the products you currently store in the VK Kohinoor vaults.
