Certificates for all transactions on our platform are issued by VK Kohinoor. All products are stored in VK Kohinoor's dedicated vaults in UAE, Dubai.
All PAMP bars have a positive weight tolerance.
The 3% surcharge is due to the priority handling of your order. This allows for your payment to arrive instantly as opposed to wire transfers taking upto 2-3 days to reach us. This allows us to approve your orders instantly and thus prevent any price fluctuations.
We accept the following payment methods: Wire transfer, credit card (VISA and MasterCard), VK Kohinoor Pay, Bank Transfer
For each order, you can choose between following payment methods: Wire transfer, Credit card (Visa & Master), Bank Transfer or VK Kohinoor pay. Please, note that once your order is placed, your payment method cannot be changed anymore.
Your order won't be validated if VK Kohinoor hasn't received the full amount. All banking or commissions fees, as well as currencies rate, are borne by the Customer.
Your order can take on average 5-10 business days to arrive. Please note that some customs services are experiancing an incresed number of parcels to process, which can result in some shipping delays.
VK Kohinoor fully insures all of its shipments. The insurance ends as soon as you sign the confirmation of receipt.
Refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with. Insurance on your package will end once your shipment has been signed for and/or delivered. If you refuse your shipment, it will be returned to VK Kohinoor for inspection.
Yes, for the secuirity reasons VK Kohinoor will always declare the full value on all customs forms.
